    -  Guests, please always remember to RSVP to advanced.public.speakers@gmail.com so we can add you to the building security guest list.  Having your name on the guest list beforehand will facilitate your access to the building. 

    - Starting on time and running the meeting within the 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm time frame is a priority for our club.  Please help us achieve this goal by arriving a few minutes early.  We look forward to seeing you!
